- Contract data: contact and billing details when you become a client.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote — steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performing the contract and meeting accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- Protecting the website from spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months of the last communication. Contract data and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers as processors, within the European Union only.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts and all resources are served from our own server.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures in line with ISO/IEC 27001: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, protection of the form against automated requests and regular updates.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, email office@atlasholding.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
